Hostess, Rev. Merrie Turner was blessed to welcome dignitaries of 32 nations, faith based leaders and people of faith to worship the Lord and pray on Inauguration Day January 20, 2025. We celebrated what God has done with the collaboration of MC Ben Bergquam of "Real America's Voice," special music artist Nathaniel Bassey, Colonial Fife and Drums of Yorktown, the Handbell Ensemble of Wisconsin
and Revivalist Rebecca Macchi. In honor of the observation of America's 250th Anniversary within this Congressional Term we watched the live stream of the swearing in ceremony of the 47th President Donald John Trump and Vice President John David Vance in the presidential ballroom which was built by President Trump in 2016. Thank you to the staff of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel for helping us to make history with America's Red, White and Blue Birthday Cake and the Coffee Bar as well as a great breakfast. We apologize that the Lincoln Library Gift Store was not open as planned. A special thank you to the volunteers and national coordinators who helped make this event possible with your prayers and service.

Founded in 1992, the Inaugural Prayer Breakfast had it's inception when the Lord impressed Dr. Ruth Ward Heflin to hold an event to pray for the Nation, the Office of the Presidency and Spiritual Awakening. Her ancestor was Jonathan Edwards whose gospel tracts led to the great awakening in Virginia . Her family ministry, Calvary Ta

Her family ministry, Calvary Tabernacle continues today in Ashland, Virginia and hosts missionaries and ministers from all over the world during there 10 and a half weeks of Summer Camp. Reservations can be made presently for the Winter Camp Conference. Harvest Glory is a documentary of her memoirs and is a blessing to read. He walked down off the stage and shook my hand saying thank you and then signed the magazine as if to agree with heaven for a second term of office. I am reminded of how our founders and the militia of General George Washington all prayed Psalm 35 in unison every morning. He had planned the last battle of the American Revolution there with the prayers of the Jewish congregation of Touro Synagogue in Newport, Rhode Island. Our logo is the second campaign button of George Washington with an added Star of David. For 32 years we have continued to pray for Israel and the Peace of Jerusalem.
