About Us

Reverend Merrie Turner

Merrie Turner, originally from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, was a longtime ministry associate of Dr. Ruth Ward Heflin,  who was best known for her book sequel called, “Glory,” which is about hosting the divine Presence of God.

Reverend Turner is focused on praying for America and the Office of the President of the United States; and at Mount Zion Fellowship in Israel,  she prayed for peace for the Nation of Israel.  She is a musician and singer of inspirational songs and recorded a CD, "Healing Streams for America."

Reverend Turner is the co-founder and coordinator of the Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast, a non partisan, inter-denominational event which is held every four years on the morning of the Inauguration in Washington, DC.

The Board of Directors is made of American Christians such as Pastors, Professionals, Business Owners and HomeMakers .  We are grateful for God's work through their lives.

Steering Committees Members and Influential Volunteers are also so needed and have been greatly appreciated from Inauguration to Inauguration.

Prayer is a vital part of the organization and the move of God which is dependent on you the people of faith.  Thank you for your ongoing spiritual support.  Join us on Sundays at 4:00 PM for communion and prayer on our conference call line. 605 313 5770. Access code 645948.

Our logo was inspired in 2016 by the 2nd presidential campaign button of President George Washington..  Naturally we incorporated the unfurled flag in the center rather than his initials, GW and added the Star of David for Israel and the fact that we are to pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.  "Long Live the President" is the original inscription around the border, which took the place of Long live the King in 1776 after the American Revolution.
